1-1 Yoga

For those looking to deepen their practice and receive personalized guidance, 1-1 yoga sessions are tailored to your goals—whether it’s refining your alignment, building strength, improving flexibility, or working through injuries. These private sessions ensure support and that your practice that evolves with you.

All you need is your mat and your body. A yoga strap, two blocks, music, and any other necessary props are all taken care of. Before your first 1-1, we’ll have a goals meeting where we can discuss your personal needs, physical history, and expectations for private yoga. Both the goals meeting and the sessions themselves can be done virtually or in person.
